Mulu Data Solutions provides transport research, market analysis, and data collection services.
- Proposals: All project quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Adaptability: As an agile organization, we reserve the right to adjust methodologies based on field conditions, provided such changes do not compromise the integrity of the data or the client’s core requirements.
- Data Protection and Privacy
Data integrity is the cornerstone of our business. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
- Data Collection: We ensure all field data is collected ethically and with informed consent where required.
- Processing: When acting as a Data Processor, we process personal data only on the documented instructions of the Client (the Data Controller).
- Retention: Data is stored securely and deleted once the project lifecycle is complete or according to statutory retention periods.
- Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, and software on this site are the property of Mulu Data Solutions.
- Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, the specific datasets and reports commissioned by the Client shall become the property of the Client, though Mulu Data Solutions retains the right to use non-proprietary methodologies developed during the process.
- Professional Standards and Liability
We pride ourselves on accuracy; however, research is subject to margins of error and external variables (e.g., transport strikes, weather).

- Payment Terms
- Invoices are typically issued upon completion of project milestones.
- Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In such cases, the Client shall be liable for costs incurred up to the date of termination, including field staff mobilization costs.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
